Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned components for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
